Setting up a new home requires significant co-ordination, as does managing the tenancy arrangements of people who live in that home. Ensuring the key elements of moving into a new home will be completed on time, responding to tenancy matters as they arise, requires excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail and strong administration and time management skills. This is to ensure that our participants, their families and their support teams are confident in the house they are moving into.

- Be an essential contributor to the organisations' Housing Strategy
- Provide education and training to Support Workers and Families on Specialist Disability Accommodation

**About Identitywa**:
Identitywa is one of Western Australia's leading disability support agencies. For over 45 years, we have been supporting people with a disability and their families. Identitywa works in partnership with participants and families to build a community where people with disabilities can enjoy fulfilled and independent lives.

**How to apply**:
