- We are currently seeing a **Tenancy Administrator** for one of our Not-for-Profit clients based in the CBD.
This is a varied role that sits in a small team and contributes to the wider business providing full administration support to the department.
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a progressive business and make an impact to the lives of remote communities.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Property management
- Documentation of new tenancies
- Scheduling of inspections
- Manage tenancy paperwork and records
- End of month reporting
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support relating to property maintenance

**Additional skills and attributes**:

- Experienced Apple product user (advantageous)
- Scheduling experience, liaising with field staff.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Housing inspections
- Exposure to remote locations and aboriginal cultural affairs

A willingness to travel remotely on occasion is a must.
This is a full-time role Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm and offers a generous salary, plus salary sacrificing, plus free gym facilities and leave loading.
