  • We are currently seeing a
    Tenancy Administrator for one of our NotforProfit clients based in the CBD.

This is a varied role that sits in a small team and contributes to the wider business providing full administration support to the department.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a progressive business and make an impact to the lives of remote communities.


Responsibilities include:

  • Property management
  • Documentation of new tenancies
  • Scheduling of inspections
  • Manage tenancy paperwork and records
  • End of month reporting
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support relating to property maintenance
Plus much more

Additional skills and attributes:

  • Experienced Apple product user (advantageous)
  • Scheduling experience, liaising with field staff.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Housing inspections
  • Exposure to remote locations and aboriginal cultural affairs
A willingness to travel remotely on occasion is a must.

This is a full-time role Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm and offers a generous salary, plus salary sacrificing, plus free gym facilities and leave loading.
