Seeking experienced retail professionals for a key role in Sydney CBD Join as Store Manager, lead and manage a thriving retail outlet in the heart of Sydney's CBD

**Position Overview**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store in Sydney CBD. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and fostering a positive working environment for the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Implement strategies to optimise store performance and enhance profitability.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment for both customers and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
