Our client is an established, market leading and growing lighting manufacturer and distributor. They currently have an opening for a
**Customer Service Representative **to join their team in their head office in Kingsgrove NSW.

You will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations, helping to create and maintain a profitable company and supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager with various tasks when required.

Experience in the lighting sector or wholesaling sector is ideal.

The successful applicant could also take part in a traineeship as part of the role (if required).

**Sample Duties**:

- Assisting customer in store/showroom
- Help the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers
- Liaising with local suppliers and sales reps
- Co-ordinate orders from quotations to order delivery to after sales service
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
