**Job Summary**
The Customer Service Representative at Cyber Financial Pty Ltd will be the initial contact point with clients for inquiries regarding all traditional financial services along with new cryptocurrency options. This position requires the customer service representative to answer inquiries from customers, resolve problems, and provide information about varied products, with a primary focus on cryptocurrency management and digital assets. Representative persons will ensure that every financial platform is smooth in experience for customers-from crypto-currency transactions to wallets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cryptocurrency Management**: Cater to customers in handling cryptocurrencies amongst them manage crypto accounts which entail creating digital wallets, doing crypto transactions and fixing any problems that might relate to the transactions in place.
- **Issue Resolution**: Look into and alleviate complaints received from clients as well as any other issues which clients might have with their cryptocurrency transactions, and ensure the issues are effectively resolved within a short interval.
- **Financial Services Help**: Clarify the scope and terms of financial instruments and services, such as deposits, loans, credit cards, online banking and e-currency, among others.
- **Compliance**: It is important to perform customer service in full compliance with the company’s regulations, provisions and with acceptable legislations on Cryptocurrency and AML.
- **Problem Solving**: Smoothen any conflicts arising with the customers who are utilising the online banking services, any of the cryptocurrency wallets and the crypto exchanges.
- **Crypto Education**: Offer assistance on how to use different cryptocurrency platforms by making sure that clients are aware of the necessary safety measures.
- **Up-Selling and Cross Selling**: Look for ways of promoting other financial products-including cryptocurrency investment products-which would be beneficial to the customer
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Prior customer service experience is a requirement and preference will be given to those with knowledge or experience managing cryptocurrencies or digital assets.
- **Knowledge of Cryptocurrency**: A strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital wallets with the ability to explain these concept to customers.
- **Communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex topics, financial, and cryptocurrency-related topics to customers in an easy to digest manner.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to assist in resolving crypto transactions, blockchain networks, and digital wallets.
- **Attention to Detail**: An ability to be detail oriented in complex financial transactions and situations as it relates to cryptocurrency to ensure security in these transactions.
- **Customer Mindset**: A customer-oriented mindset that defines the approach to service and works towards their goal of customer service satisfaction in a traditional financial institution and preference towards a digital experience.
- **Teamwork**: An ability to work collaboratively as a team and contribute to a work environment that promotes a positive and flexible culture as it relates to a rapidly changing financial environment.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Certification or diploma in finance, business, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or another related field.
- Experience in call center, financial services, or a cryptocurrency exchange environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations (AML/KYC) and the laws around cryptocurrency.
- Experience using exchanges, blockchain technologies or tools associated with decentralized finance (DeFi).
