Your role involves understanding customer needs, promoting our products, ensuring a seamless sales process and provide exceptional after sales support all geared towards client satisfaction increasing new and repeat sales. Here are the key responsibilities and tasks associated with this position:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
**_Internal sales will actively research and identify potential customers and leads. Internal sales will use various sources like existing and new databases, social media, cold calling, tender portals, and lead generation tools to build a pipeline of prospects._**

- **Qualifying leads based on their level of interest and potential for conversion.****:

- **Analysing data and market trends to identify potential opportunities.****:

- **Conducting market research and identify new leads for our solutions.****:

- **Participating in regular meetings to discuss target markets and customer profiles.****:

**_Internal sales need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise of our products or services, and how it will meet our customer's needs and expectations. Internal sales need to be able to educate our customers on the features and benefits of our products and service, and how they can leverage them to achieve their goals._**

These often include closing deal rates and conversion rates. These metrics provide a high-level overview of the sales process across the board. It’s proof of the strength of an outbound sales strategy as a whole._**
