**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral member of our sales department, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive business growth, foster strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Management**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the timber building industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including builders, architects, contractors, and developers.

Understand customers' needs, provide expert product advice, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase our timber windows and doors.

Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, ensuring they align with customer expectations and project specifications.

Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

**Business Development**:

- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business collaborations to expand our customer base and market presence.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.

**Sales Administration**:

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, communication history, and project details.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and pipeline analysis, for management review.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing structures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales within the timber building industry or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of timber products, building materials, and construction processes.

Strong understanding of residential and commercial building plans and specifications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
