Internal Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative for a growing privately owned organisation that specialises in heavy vehicle machinery supplies in the mining and transport industries.

With ongoing product and systems training, you will have the opportunity to continually progress in this role and build relationships with longstanding customers throughout Australia. To excel in this position, you must enjoy phone-based communication and have the ability to learn a technical product range.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your duties will include:

- Being the first point of contact for sales inquiries generated through web, social media, and referrals
- Arranging meetings with the dedicated BDM within each region
- Supporting external Sales Consultants by generating quotes and supporting documentation
- Ensure accurate client information is entered and maintained in CRM including leads and inquiries
- Follow up with clients nationally to ensure they have all the information required to make informed buying decisions
