Currently we are looking for a Global Delivery Solutions Manager APAC for our client. Reporting to Senior GDS Manager, you will be harmonizing operational processes, and this role would support business as usual whilst the team complete UAT and harmonization. **Responsibilities:
- Managing monitors market inventory, imports products, and performs reverse logistics operations. Work together with Business Intelligence and Analytics to provide replenishment planning refinement using Custom Partnership and Supply Orchestration and demand forecast corroboration at Demand Consensus Meetings.
- Support in-market import/export, warehousing and transportation operations, logistics problems, stock adjustment, product transfer, stock counting), and system interfaces for commercial products, samples, or clinical trial materials owned by the company, as applicable, are all included in this.
- In order to make sure the logistics service provider is managed in accordance with the standards, support the in-market logistics service provider in accordance with the terms of the logistics service agreement. This includes developing and carrying out the logistics service contract, managing daily logistics operations, stock issues, write-offs, reconciliations, product destructions & service exceptions, and business review when necessary.
- Maintain the link between wholesalers and distributors in the market.
- When instructed, assist with business continuity management.
- Activities related to Transact Logistics Systems.
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and audits in accordance with established procedures.

**Requirements:
- 2+ years Pharmaceutical Industry experience and solid understanding of import logistics and secondary in market logistics (experience in Primary import and Secondary distribution)
- Preferable: Degree in Engineering or Business, preferably with focus on operations / supply chain.
- Experience on SAP, systems implementations, interface maintenance, and inventory management related system activities.
- Good understanding of current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and local market regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in collaborating and negotiating with external vendors.
