**What you’ll be doing**:
The Anko Global team is a newly created team that manages the distribution of Anko product outside Australia and New Zealand and is directly supported by design, merchandise, sourcing and supply chain teams in Australia, India and China. You will be joining a team of passionate collaborators with an entrepreneurial mindset that are determined to drive rapid growth for the Anko Global business. This team are passionate about Anko products and partner strongly with the retailers they wholesale to.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the selection and curation of a merchandise assortment to support the Anko Global customer strategy.

This role works directly with international teams to determine both new and existing opportunities and actively build an assortment to meet the needs of our global customers

We’re looking for a strategic, driven and enthusiastic individual who has a real eye for opportunity You love delivering product, customers are always front of mind and building and managing relationships with a variety of key stakeholders is one of your strengths.

This is a new and exciting role for the team so we’re looking for someone who has a true “trading mentality” along with strong commercial acumen.

We'd also love you to have:

- Extensive Buying experience combined with trend awareness (within GM preferred)
- Commercial focus working in a dynamic fast-paced team.
- Highly driven and motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven success driving category growth and delivering increased profit.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Success oriented - you thrive in a team environment and enjoy being able to contribute to a business where you can drive further growth
