**What this job involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to work onsite with one of the most recognisable tech companies in the world. This role will ensure the smooth running of the Mailroom, Receptionist duties as well as assisting in the Facilities management of the site.

**Snapshot of key activities**:
Receptionist duties.
Keep mailroom clean and tidy.
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.
Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times.
