Liebherr is on the lookout for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team, focusing on nurturing and expanding relationships with some of our Key accounts across Western Australia, which include Roy Hill and Macmahon. The role will focus on the supply and management of the Mining Excavator, Off Highway Trucks and Dozer range. This is your chance to be part of a company that’s not just providing machinery; we’re building partnerships and powering industries
**What you'll do**:
- Foster and sustain relationships with our valued accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for key accounts.
**Skills you'll demonstrate**:
- ** Drive Customer Success**: Analyse customer operations to understand their unique business challenges and cost pressures. Leverage this knowledge to develop and implement tailored equipment solutions that optimise productivity and efficiency supported by robust Total Cost of Ownership factors. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- ** Strategic thinker**: Utilise data-driven insights to accurately forecast future demand for equipment and components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inventory levels and delivery. Work closely with customer support to resolve equipment issues promptly and coordinate with supply chain partners to streamline operations.
- ** Innovation** - always on the lookout for ways to improve account management processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mining equipment sales, product management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities for improvement.
- A deep understanding of the mining industry, its trends, and regulatory landscape.
