Key Account Manager

Due to the ongoing success and growth of the business they are seeking to appoint an Account Manager who can take ownership of this position throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong long-term relationships with existing client accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop an understanding of their needs and produce innovative solutions.
- Coordinate client meetings by location to increase efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services which will benefit the client.
- Assist clients with their technical queries and provide solutions.
- Maintain company database and input activities into the company CRM system.
- Be the first point of contact for the client for related queries.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous account management or similar customer engaging role.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Integrity, honesty & a passion for service.
- Self-motivation, confident and positive disposition.
- Sound written, verbal and computer literacy skills.
- Current drivers licence.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work within a team of supportive BDM’s whilst receiving strong support, product and services training, company vehicle, technology and communication tools as well as being given the opportunity to progress within the company.
To be successful in this role you would have a proven track record in sales and account management acumen. You enjoy taking ownership of your duties, be highly self-motivated to ensure the ongoing success of the business.
