**The Role**
Supporting an existing team of development professionals, your role will be to assist with the management of assigned retail projects, ensuring timelines are maintained for the delivery of planning and project delivery milestones. This will include:

- Assist in coordinating and managing planning approval processes on new retail developments
- Work with external consultants to drive projects to delivery phase
- Coordinate leasing activities with internal asset management team, ensuring project delivery will meet tenant requirements
- Manage ongoing project feasibility assessment
- Undertake administrative tasks as required

**About You**
You will be a passionate and motivated development professional, looking for an opportunity to make a difference in growing and nimble organisation. You will be able to build productive working relationships internally and externally, whilst also moving projects through their life cycle. Having an eye for detail, whilst maintaining a bigger picture view is also important, together with an understanding of the need to move quickly to generate outcomes in a dynamic working environment.
