**About the Role**
We are looking for two Assistant Development Manager's (1 x full time/ongoing & 1 x full time/12 month fixed term contract) to join our Housing Masterplanned team. Working on Aurora, a well-established, master planned community located 25kms from Melbourne and other pipeline projects these are great opportunities to learn the foundations of development management especially on the business administration side.
This hands-on role will see you support the team in managing the planning, design, development, delivery and close out of development projects. You will undertake various project tasks to support the team including tracking project milestones, manage and track budgets, forecasting, invoicing, risk and reporting.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications Property Development, Construction or Project Management essential
- Previous experience in land development, planning, design and master planning processes
- Strong technical skills with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro or PDF based programs
- Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring
- Experience working in an environment requiring liaison with, and coordination of, multiple stakeholders.

- Bachelor degree in a property development, construction, civil engineering, or project management discipline.
**Experience**
- Previous experience working in a corporate organisation, ideally property-related

- Experience with electronic filing systems and / or financial software ideal, but not essential
- Prior experience in the delivery of high quality customer service.
