**Your new company**
This highly reputable growing organisation with its head office based on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced and driven Payroll Specialist to join their expanding team to commence on a permanent full-time basis.
This company offers hybrid working solutions, with 2 days working from home and a 38-hour week.
This role is paying between $85,000 - $95,000 plus Super, dependent on experience.
**Your new role**
This company offers an outsourced service for a number of industry-specific clients. Work with three other payroll officers who oversee their 2000 plus payroll.
You will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll, including but not limited to:
- Processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for employees
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports
- Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
- Display a customer-centric attitude
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office Skills
