**Your new role;**

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented, data-driven person to join
**Agentbox** as a Product Marketer. In collaboration with the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the Go-To-Market development of new products and features, release communication, and encouragement of uptake and expansion of our customers across their lifecycle to encourage loyalty and advocacy.

You will drive commercial outcomes through the execution of Omni-Channel marketing strategies across the
**Agentbox** product.

Your ultimate goal is for you to develop and implement highly profitable ROI driven plans that position and promote
**Agentbox** as the continued #1 Real Estate Sales CRM and expand the brand as a broader sales and marketing service tool.

**Each day your role will include;**
- Customer lifecycle process design, performance measurement and continuous improvement with assistance from key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams on encouraging cross product uptake throughout the broader Reapit group by identifying engaging customer moments and goals and creating pathways and campaigns to drive uptake.
- Develop a partner incentive plan to encourage referrals as a lead generation channel.
- Write compelling conversion copy across marketing channels based on customer insights gained through your own research.
- Develop quarterly campaign plans across **Agentbox** products and coordinate execution and reporting
- Test and track your campaigns performance and evaluate ROI for management reporting.

**You will be successful if you have;**
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
- Previous experience executing automated marketing campaigns using sales software (Salesforce/Hubspot/Marketo)
- A passion for how technology can provide great customer service
- Skills with data analysis and insights using market research methods such as survey design and statistical analysis to understand variable such as key drivers of value and propensity to purchase
- HTML/CSS experience
- Proven success in generating leads and driving them down the marketing and sales funnel

CRM or SAAS and/or Real Estate or property/proptech experience will be very highly regarded but is not essential. Experience in using desktop publishing and digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Webflow, Google Analytics and Google Adwords will also be viewed favourably
