**The Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture you will be responsible for supporting staff through the employee lifecycle, creating a positive experience for prospective, new, and existing employees. You will also facilitate the induction program for new starters and student placements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate talent attraction, recruitment, induction, onboarding and exit experiences for all employees
- Manage the fortnightly payroll audit file, identify all changes to pays and activate processing with the external provider
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff by providing prompt and accurate advice
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Manage the HR database, including maintaining staff files

**Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications
- High level of capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Knowledge of and experience using Employment Hero or similar database
- Understanding and experience of payroll processes is desirable
- Previous experience in a HR generalist position is desirable
