**The Opportunity**
Due to growth we have an opportunity available for an experienced Project Administrator with a background in construction to support our Civil project division in a site-based role. This is a full-time role, based around Brisbane south/Logan region reporting to the Project Administration Manager, where you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
- Complete project accruals at EOM or on request
- Assist Construction Manager in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
- Purchase Orders
- Coding and Receipting of Invoices / Dockets within Viewpoint
- Maintaining files and records, online ordering
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
- Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required
The position is best suited to someone with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator ideally within a construction environment
- Experience with Procurement
- First class communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
- Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar
