We are known for our superior quality education in the aged and disability care industry.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Sales Professional** to join our dynamic team in **Logan Central.**
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our course enquiries and increase enrolments.
**Position Type**: Full-time

**In this role, you will**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Effectively communicate with staff to get things done
- Be willing to take initiative and lead
- Contribute to project management tasks and play a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvements.
**What we are looking for**:
- **At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a sales-focused role**:
- High-level computer literacy
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
