**About the Role**:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a fulfilling role in disability support? ASI Physiology is currently seeking a Casual Therapy Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. This role offers the flexibility of working in a mobile capacity, serving clients in the South East, Eastern, and Northern Suburbs.

**Common Duties (include but not limited to)**:
As a Casual Therapy Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with therapy sessions under the guidance of our experienced therapists.
- Supporting NDIS clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and enhancing their well-being.
- Collaborating with the therapy team to develop individualized treatment plans for clients with complex disabilities and chronic health conditions.
- Encouraging client independence and decision-making through guidance and support.
- Participating in therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their support networks to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Assisting clients in accessing their local community and attending appointments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or related field is preferred.
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities or in a healthcare setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Empathetic, patient, and compassionate approach towards clients with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during daytime hours.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $50.00 per hour
