Lizard Children’s Centre has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Experienced Behavioural Therapy Assistant. This role is suitable for someone who is looking for fieldwork supervision in ABA and working towards their CBA/BCBA certification.

After demonstrating excellent clinical practice, a sound ability to build rapport with children and families and a strong commitment to progressing your professional development for at least 6 consecutive months, you will be given an opportunity to interview for a training program for therapy supervisors, as well as the opportunity to begin accruing unrestricted fieldwork hours for your certification.

- Close supervision and coaching from one of our experienced Therapy Supervisors, who are certified behaviour analysts.
- Opportunity to sign a fieldwork supervision contract with a BCBA and start accruing your fieldwork hours after 3 months of working with Lizard clients.

**We want people who**:

- Are enrolled or intend to enrol in an ABA masters or grad cert program that will qualify you to obtain registration as a Certified Behaviour Analyst and/or BCBA.
- Have Completed their undergraduate degree.
- Are open to feedback and is motivated to learn.
- Have Experience in delivering behaviour therapy and has a strong desire for career progression within the field of ABA and behaviour support.

- Are reliable, organized and can maintain professional boundaries.

**Job Requirements**:

- Available for a minimum 4 days per week
- The ability to travel between client's homes
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- The legal right to work in Australia
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate 'Quality, Safety and You'
- The proof of ABA master’s course completion or the proof of enrolment.
