**ABOUT THE ROLE**

K**ey Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensure timely and accurate high volume payroll processing and compliance with tax and superannuation requirements.
- Handle employee payroll queries and maintain updated payroll records.
- Support general finance tasks as required by management.
- Maintain and improve payroll procedures and participate in finance projects.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
- Tertiary education in accounting or commerce preferred.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards
