**The Role**:
**The Responsibilities**:
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the Accounts, Administration and process improvement for the business.
Some of your actual duties will include:
- Assist with tender preparation and documentation
- Maintain and update their database
- Prepare invoices
- Manage accounts payable/receivable
- Account reconciliations
- Manage all office expenses
- Process payroll
- Liaise with external Accountants
- Oversee all WHS requirements and policies
- Schedule jobs and make changes if required
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Other administrative tasks as required
**The Requirements**:
To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess....
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
- Intermediate MS Office skills and Xero experience
- A proactive manner with strong problem solving skills and initiative
