**The Position**
Seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our organisation and provide administrative support to the People and Culture team. Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, you will be based at our head office in Moorabbin and will be responsible for:
- Managing the onboarding process from start to end, including pre-employment documents and checks
- Drafting employment contracts and variation letters on Flare
- Maintaining employee licences and documents to ensure we remain 100% compliant at all times
- Following up on probation and annual reviews
- Conducting reference checks and exit interviews
- Managing the employee offboarding process
- Organising starter packs and equipment for new starters
- Setting up employees on various systems including our LMS, scheduling and payroll system.
- Providing adhoc recruitment assistance when required
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Proven administrative experience in a HR role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- A can-do attitude and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong computer literacy
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a relevant field would be highly regarded
