The Team Leader, HR Support is responsible for leading a team to deliver HR administration that aligns with the organisational objectives at both the strategic and operational levels. The role will oversee performance, planning, organisation and task prioritisation of the team whilst building capability within a supportive and empowering environment.

The role also contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of project-based work by collaborating to identify and analyse requirements, ensuring HR Support operates with customer service in mind.

- Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising a diverse and dynamic team.

- Experience in Human Resources administration and using HR information systems.
- An ability to be agile, flexible and adaptable to change in a customer focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a range of minor projects.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.

**Contract**:
Contract for up to 12 months

**Special Conditions**:

- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- Some out of hours work may be required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 $84,522 min - $94,003 max p.a.
