**What You Will Be Working On**

If you excel in ensuring efficient management of community spaces, the role of Community Facilities Officer - Agreements awaits you. Reporting directly to the Community Facilities and Recreation Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the management of exclusive use spaces in community facilities, coordinating all communications between agreement holders and the City.
- Assist in negotiating and drafting standard templates for new lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate maintenance management requests between tenants and internal departments for community facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation to enhance facility safety and operational efficiency.
- Monitor, maintain, and provide comprehensive reporting on occupancy agreements to optimise overall facility use.

**About You**
- Qualification in property management, law, governance, or significant relevant experience.
- Experience in community facility management and developing agreements, preferably in a local government setting.
- Familiarity with relevant legislations such as leasing laws and contract management principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of community groups, sports and recreation clubs, and not-for-profit organisations.
- Willingness to work after-hours when required as part of this role to accommodate special projects, events, or deadlines.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a current National Police Certificate.
