**ABOUT THE SECTION**

The Service Delivery Office (SDO) is a leader in providing services under the Whole-of-Government Shared Services Program. The SDO presents a unique opportunity to be involved in developing innovative service delivery arrangements, with an approach to collaboration and sharing of resources that has the potential to add value to not only existing APS agency to whom we support (clients) but to set the scene for new ways of working across the Australian Public Service (APS).

The ERP Services Section within the SDO provides technical configuration, maintenance and support for the SDO SAP system. The section is made up of 5 sub-teams: FI (Finance) Technical; HR (Human Resources) Technical; GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance); Testing; and TEMS.

The advertised position is within the TEMS sub-team of the ERP Services Section and is responsible for management and administration of the SDO’s travel and expense management system - Expense8.

**ABOUT THE** OPPORTUNITY**

The Service Delivery Office (SDO) is looking for a high performing, client service focused individual to fill the Travel and Expense Management System (TEMS) Team Lead role in the ERP Services Section.

The role involves managing a small team in the system administration of the SDO’s TEMS (Expense8), including the provision of second level helpdesk services for client agencies that utilise the system.

The key duties of this role are:

- managing a small team responsible for the system administration of the SDO’s TEMS (Expense8)
- undertaking end of month travel and expense processes on behalf of SDO client agencies
- providing second level helpdesk resolver services by investigating user and system issues
- investigating, managing and testing system upgrades
- undertaking liaison activities with internal and external stakeholders, client agencies and system vendor.
