**About the opportunity**
Fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing market awareness of Australia Post’s eCommerce partnerships and capability. This involves working closely with our partners and coordinating and leading opportunities internally and with partners to support the launch of new capability and partnerships.

**What you’ll deliver with us**
Reporting to the Senior Manager, eCommerce Partnerships you will be responsible for retaining and growing Australia Post’s global eCommerce platform partnerships and strengthening our eCommerce value proposition through establishing new eCommerce platform partnerships with organisations in alignment with Australia Post strategy.

**You’ll also**
- Lead the contractual onboarding of new eCommerce platforms to integrate to Australia Post’s APIs.
This includes the negotiation of terms and executing agreements with partners.
- Manage the commercial element of contracts of the current eCommerce partners and enforce contractual requirements, including the transition of partners onto new agreement versions as required.
- Pursue partnership opportunities with large strategic global eCommerce players (e.g. Shopify) that align to enterprise strategy.
- Develop and manage to a pipeline of partners to improve joint customer value proposition and partnership value over time through new product and technical integrations, and subsequent GTM.
- Build marketing plans with partners and execute activity to support the launch of new capability and partnerships through Australia Post and partner marketing channels.
- Educate partners on Australia Post integration solutions and promote the integration of these services based on partner needs
- Manage and maintain the partner roadmap, working with internal teams to synchronise product and technical aspects.

**About you**
You are an experienced Partnerships Manager who thrives in a large, values-based organization. You'll have a strong ability to understand the changing eCommerce needs of merchants and meet these through developing new commercial and technical partnerships with partners.

**You’ll also have**
- Strong experience in partner management and establishing new partnerships
- Strong communication skills and experience in gaining buy in to solutions that meet current and future business needs
- Experience with contract management, negotiation and influencing strategies
- Knowledge of solutions, products, services, new and possible technology offerings, industry players and latest developments in digital and ecommerce
- Strong understanding of APIs
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce sector, customer needs, challenges and market trends
- Strong understanding of competitor carrier offerings and partnerships
- Knowledge of shipping platforms such as Starshipit, Shippit, Ready to Ship and other systems/offers such as eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, WMSs, ERPs, 4PLs
- Track record in developing and executing strategies, plans and major work programs
- Interpreting complex market analysis, research and feedback relating to partner initiatives and performance.
