**The Position**:

- This is a new position due to the agency's success; a fast-paced role supporting one of the most dynamic teams in the area
- Working in a successful team of 14
- In-office tasks; phones, walk-ins, administration tasks
- Assist the PM team with admin tasks as required
- Monday - Friday 9-5pm

- 1+ years of recent experience in real estate
- Certificate of registration - essential
- Property Management experience preferred
- Shows initiative

- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
