You have experience in the front office in dental practices and are familiar with roles such as customer service, reception, scheduling, invoicing, accounts, data entry, etc.

You don’t mind working without direction, can manage your workday and weekly schedule, and are willing to help other team members do the same.

You are interested in learning and actively learn all the time, whether it be software, procedures, policy or something else.

You take care in your work and pride yourself on high quality—none of “near enough” is good enough.

**The role is Front Office Coordinator with Dentique Dental Spa.**

This is a varied and busy role. The front office coordinator must handle all aspects of a front office coordinator role, which includes three separate hats: the receptionist, the scheduling coordinator, and the accounts coordinator.

You will have to answer phones, schedule patient appointments, issue accounts, and collect fees using the existing policies and procedures of the practice.

You must be willing to drill scripts to help you learn all aspects of handling patients so you can do this job effectively and efficiently.

Being a professional dental practice, a high level of personal presentation is required.

Other functions may include updating the marketing software to stay on top of our leads and new patient statistics.

Many company policies and procedures exist, and you will need to be able to read and implement them.

The company measures performance using statistics. Every role in the front office is measured. Part of this role is holding yourself accountable and performing. These statistics are used for bonuses.

This is a full-time role. Your base salary is negotiable and will depend on your current skills and experience.

There is plenty of room to grow and to increase your remuneration. Bonuses will be based on your hard work and your results. You can earn more if your performance is exceptional. Applications are only accepted in writing.
