**_ Join our ANZ E-Commerce Team _**

Fostering support through the establishment of a seamless and customer-centric online experience across EssilorLuxottica's websites, such as
**Clearly** and
**OPSM**. This role involves guaranteeing website compliance, optimizing processes for increased efficiency, and providing dedicated support to the eCommerce team in their daily operations. If you're all about those little details that make a big difference in delivering a top-notch customer experience, then this position is for you

**Requirements for Success**
- Daily review that optical orders (complete pair and contact lens) are compliant with the customer's prescription and validity of the prescription itself.
- Manage the communication between our Customer Service & Distribution Centre teams to fix any issues customers come across on the website and within the supply chain.
- Align with our retail teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel optical customer experience.
- Support in optical project implementation, from kick off to hypercare
- Identify opportunities to streamline optical process improvements cross-functionally and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Offering recommendations for websites implementation ensuring the user experience for optical product is compliant.
- Supporting the testing of new sites features & enhancements.
- Manage the investigation and solution of issues with websites functionalities.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing** **is an essential requirement for this position**:

- Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Proficient Excel Skills
- Self-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise under tight deadlines
- Highly driven and passionate about the online retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good eye for creative layout, design & copywriting
