An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, professional, and hardworking Planning Analyst to join a dynamic team at Allkinds.

Reporting to the Merchandise Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores have the optimal stock levels and product mix. You will be responsible for generating and distributing essential reports, collaborating with wholesale partners, raising Sales Orders, and supporting the team with analysis and data entry tasks.
- Please note: This is a Part-Time role, working 3-4 days per week (22.8-30.4 hours) offering flexibility and work-life balance._

**THE ROLE**:

- Maintain and analyse store replenishment thresholds based on performance.
- Develop and manage new item allocations across the store network.
- Liaise with wholesale partners and manage order processing with the Supply Chain team.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales, profit, and inventory reports.
- Process markdowns and re-prices.
- Action store stock requests as needed.
- Deliver allocations and inventory plans for peak trading seasons.
- Support the Merchandise Planner with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data entry.
- On-site role 3-4-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification in merchandise management, business, economics, or finance is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
