About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, providing critical support to our Finance team. As a Business Analyst Financial Planning, you will play a key role in consolidating financial results and forecasts for all business units across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating weekly metric reporting, consolidating LFS's Financial Planning and Analysis processes, and assisting with month-end processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring monthly performance, conducting data mining and analysis, and supporting the Budgets on Product, Segment, and Group basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly metric reporting to key stakeholders
  • Consolidate LFS's Financial Planning and Analysis processes
  • Assist with month-end processes
  • Monitor monthly performance and conduct data mining and analysis
  • Support the Budgets on Product, Segment, and Group basis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or related field
  • 2+ years of finance or financial audit experience
  • Outstanding Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal), including organizing/presenting data
  • Good time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes, and documentation

What We Offer:

At Latitude Financial Services, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide education support, flexible work arrangements, yearly salary reviews, and a range of other benefits.
