An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Analyst to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

This position will be responsible for managing the allocation process of new, replenishment and core product and coordination of the store stock consolidation process across the Seed Australian and International businesses.

**THE ROLE**:

- Set up and review allocation grids by department or class by season and update as needed.
- Allocate stock according to order quantities and current grids considering season to date sales and weeks cover.
- Set up, load and maintain min / max levels for required styles.
- Set up width and depth of stock allocations for new store openings, store closures/refits.
- Conduct stock consolidations on a national level.
- Organise stock to moved internationally when requested / required.
- Regular review of warehouse stock to ensure it is not sitting idle and unallocated.
- Coordinate the daily sales analysis report for an allocated country and distribute to the business.
- Sales and Stock analysis as required at a department, class, style, size, state, store level.
- Ensure all reports that are managed are checked and accurate before distributing to management and the broader team.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in fashion, business, economics or finance is preferred
- Great opportunity for a possible Uni Graduate specialising in fashion or business studies.
- Minimum 12 months experience in allocations in a retail environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Confident with filters, sorting, creating formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
