**Continuing position for a Customer Scheduling Officer.**

Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) is a revenue-generating unit within Education Transformation that delivers non-award education and micro-credentials to consumers and the industry.

Working under general direction, the Customer Scheduling Officer is responsible for managing the scheduling and delivery of professional and continuing education courses to custom industry clients and the general public. The position is responsible for the coordination of the scheduling, planning, and delivery of courses to meet customer requirements and expectations, ensuring that all course schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and meet established quality standards.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, pro-actively resolving customer issues and continuously seeking to improve the customer experience.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and scheduling courses or events, preferably in an education or professional development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and customers, presenters and instructors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
