Temporary Schedules and Claims officer role at an NDIS registered, Not-for-Profit organisation
**Your new company**
You will join South Australia’s largest not-for-profit, registered NDIS disability services provider. This organisation aims to empower, support, and inspire individuals living with intellectual disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.
**Your new role**
You will be joining the organisations Client Support Unit, aimed to improve client service experience. As part of your role as the Client Support Officer, you will ensure all customers funding agreements are implemented into the database, and are aligned with their specific NDIA plan, and organisational requirements. You will also:
- Invoicing and uploading approved claims to the internal database.
- Perform reconciliation of billed services and funding alignment.
- Maintain claiming compliance in line with contracts and NDIS rules and regulations.
- Assess and amend billing errors in line with external compliance requirements.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and experience of the disability sector and NDIS rules and regulations. You will also have:
- Experience using Technology One and eCase system.
- Previous experience performing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Billing.
- Great attention to detail and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and experience using ERPs.
