**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager your initiative and strong communication skills will be valuable providing assistance across both Customer Service and Finance in a pacy close knit team environment.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Processing Orders - manual and EDI
- Assisting with customer inquiries
- Customer / Warehouse liaison
- Assist Sales & Marketing team with sample requests
- Database management
- Management of office supplies
- Liaising with all areas of the business to coordinate customer service requests
- General admin support

**Skills**:

- ‘Can do’ attitude possessing a helper mentality
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication ability
- Team Player with a helper mindset
- Intermediate Office suite - Word / Excel
