**The Role**:
We are seeking a personable and professional accounts payable and payroll administrator to support our Boronia-based Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Accounts Payable: _
- Managing the AP process for IDT you will;
- Review and verify invoices and check and match invoices against purchase orders and approvals.
- Set invoices up for payment, enter and upload invoices into system.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with month end closing, file in a timely manner.
- End to End Payroll : _
- Monthly payroll processing including relevant allowance payments, deductions, superannuation, leave and other specified items.
- Update payroll records by recording changes, process new employees, terminations, transfers.
- Address employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information, complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications.
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive payroll records, file in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, payments and guidelines.

Relief support only - Reception/Administration

Additional duties as requested by the senior management team.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
Minimum requirement for this position is a high school diploma, and knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Proven experience in AP in a medium to large scale business
- Strong understanding of all necessary legislation relating to accounts payable and Australian payroll
- Solid data entry & numerical skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Understanding of internal controls
- 2+yrs experience administering payroll
- Understanding of state and federal payroll regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task/prioritise

Pay: $72,250.00 - $78,000.00 per year
