**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a new support person to join our busy team in a part time capacity.
We are seeking a personable and professional receptionist to support our Boronia-based team, you will manage our reception area, greeting customers, contractors and supporting the IDT team.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Greet people entering the building, and monitor visitor access, provide contractor security swipe cards when required, and maintain security awareness.
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls, take and relay messages.
- Receive, sort and direct mail. Maintain current phone and contact list.
- Maintain stationery requests, ordering, distribution, and adequate stock levels.
- Additional duties as requested by the senior management team.
- Administrative support to Human Resources, and the go to person for event planning requirements and social activities
- The role will provide administrative support to the broader executive leadership team when required.
**About You**:
It is expected that you will be competent with Outlook, Word and Excel, and previous experience within a professional office environment will be well regarded.
The person we are looking for must demonstrate the following qualities:
- 1+yrs experience in a similar role
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Responsive to client/management needs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-Motivated/Willingness to Learn
- Pro-active and takes responsibility
- Time management & Priority driven
- Trustworthy and reliable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
