We have an industrial TA position that may suit a panel beater/spray painter within a large engineering business. This Australian engineering and manufacturing company needs an industrial worker to do sanding and prepping work on their Melbourne site.

Based in the Boronia area, you will work alongside existing people who are working on high-end capital equipment. This role may be ideal for someone with automotive panel-beating spray painting or panel shop skills or someone from a mould shop.

You will be involved in various duties, from masking, sanding, and prepping work to assisting in the general cleaning of parts ready for painting. This includes large and small components and finished special-purpose machines.

**To be successful in this role, you must possess the following**:

- ** Spray painting or panel shop experience is ideal.**:

- ** OR experience in a mould shop.**:

- ** Forklift Licence would be ideal.**:

- ** High attention to detail.**:

- ** Ability to read the paperwork and follow instructions.**:

- ** Must have excellent communication skills.**

Excellent conditions are on offer for successful applicants. This is a full-time position on day shift or afternoon shift with an excellent pay rate plus super.
