- **Here's a snapshot of your day;**
- Perform tenancy inspections and address any issues, liaise with client for meetings, contractors
- Ensure all common workspaces are presentable for both visitors and employees
- Administrative duties such as site utilization stats, support client meetings, customer service, appropriate filing of HSE and Quality documentation
- Management of PPM scheduling, engaging vendors, reviewing service reports and updating CMMS records
- Responsible for site finance processes including raising of Purchase Orders, Receipting and Invoicing
- Ensuring vendor inductions, all task paperwork is completed

**Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role**:

- Excellent Customer Service relationship skills.
- Knowledge/experience of facility management industry
- Proactive, ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Offices Suites; Excel, Word, Outlook
