Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Perform tenancy inspections and address any issues, liaise with client for meetings, contractors
  • Ensure all common workspaces are presentable for both visitors and employees
  • Administrative duties such as site utilization stats, support client meetings, customer service, appropriate filing of HSE and Quality documentation
  • Management of PPM scheduling, engaging vendors, reviewing service reports and updating CMMS records
  • Responsible for site finance processes including raising of Purchase Orders, Receipting and Invoicing
  • Ensuring vendor inductions, all task paperwork is completed

Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Excellent Customer Service relationship skills.
  • Knowledge/experience of facility management industry
  • Proactive, ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Offices Suites; Excel, Word, Outlook
