**About the Role**

As the HR Administrator, you will report to the HR Manager and will be an integral part of the HR team in the implementation of new projects across the organisation. Your tasks will involve the handling of contracts and position descriptions, managing data entry, and managing Microsoft forms. Your attention to detail will be paramount as you draft contracts and ensure smooth distribution.

**Duties**
- Issue contracts and position descriptions to staff
- Conduct accurate data entry for various HR processes
- Link Microsoft forms to the organization's website
- Draft contracts and efficiently manage their distribution

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a HR or Administration role essential
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- Flu vaccination is required
- National Police Clearance (NPC) is required
