Osmoflo are currently seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Officer to join our Human Resources team based in Burton, SA. As the HR/Payroll Officer you will be primarily responsible for the preparation of the monthly payroll, the employee expenses reimbursement process, and some HR administration duties.

In addition to these, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the monthly payroll process, including the coordination of end of month statements, calculation, and processing of PAYG, workers compensation and superannuation.
- Provide timely & friendly payroll advice to employees.
- Prepare and complete the monthly General Ledger import, including the reconciliation of all payroll related journal transactions
- Update and maintain employee records within the HRIS.
- Provide the Human Resources team with administrative support and reception coverage.
- Create vacancies and shortlist applicants in the E-recruitment system.
- Develop employment contracts and other documentation including Letters of Offer, Letters of Variation, Position Descriptions, Policies, etc.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Relevant qualifications in payroll, HR, Psychology, or Business are desirable but not required.
- Excellent working knowledge of HRIS, payroll and E-recruitment systems including Micropay and ELMO is desirable.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office experience, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
