**About the role**
Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on a temp assignment.

**Duties**
- End to end recruitment
- Provide generalist advice and support on a range of HR / ER / IR related matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support recruitment, including drafting ads, screening and interviewing applicants
- Support probation review and performance review processes
- Manage onboarding and departure activities
- Involvement in WHS / OHS activities as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in IR and ER
- Experience in award interpretation
- Strong administration and computing skills
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally
