This is your chance to step into a pivotal role within our sales team (you’ll be the 5th member, outside of our two founder-sales). It’s perfect for someone with a deep understanding of construction, eager to leverage their experience in a new, tech-driven environment. If you’ve been in the trenches of construction, managing projects, leading teams, and coordinating complex operations, and now you’re ready to bring that expertise to a new frontier—this role is for you. We’ve crafted and refined our playbooks to ensure that you can transition smoothly into a full-cycle sales role, with the support and structure needed to excel. For someone ambitious and ready to make an impact, it’s the perfect moment. We’ve built the foundation—now there’s plenty of open field for you to run in.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with the folks running projects
- Work with and lead customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers
- Generate early project pipeline within target customers and build relationships and case studies to scale them into enterprise strategies
- Adapt and iterate your version of our proven playbooks
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive value for both parties
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
**Who You Are**:
- **Construction Expertise >** You’ve spent years on-site in construction, perhaps as a PE, SPE or an Area Manager, and now you’re ready to leverage that knowledge in a new way.
