**Customer Service Officer (Full time)**
- Remuneration
- $55K-$65K + Super (possible 70K) or
- $29.72 hourly
- Rotating roster
- 7am-3pm
- 30am-3pm
- 8am-4pm
- Hybrid/can offer WFH

**The role**

Our client is looking for a number of friendly, versatile, and reliable people to join their team. You will provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

**About the company**

Our client is one of Australia's leading concrete products manufacturers. Our client is a leading Australian construction materials company and employ over 1,400 people nationally.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Sales administration duties including entering orders, preparing quotes and processing credits.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with despatch and site administration functions.
- Answering customers calls ensuring their needs are met.

**About you**

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service and/or internal sales.
- Intermediate skills using MS Excel and Office (SAP experience desirable)
- High level focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and good time management skills.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
