scouted. is currently recruiting for a high volume/medium-density residential builder / Developer in Victoria. This Developer is well-known in the industry for delivering quality homes and is currently expanding due to drastic growth in their business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Development Manager or experienced Land Project Manager to join dynamic organizations that not only value your experience but also promote career and professional development.

**Current Portfolio for this role (at various stages)**:

- 450 Lot subdivison
- 104 Lot subdivision

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide input into business plans including project scope, budget and development strategy.
- Prepare & maintain site specific feasibilities & budgets as townhouse projects progress through the development and delivery process
- Preparation of a project feasibility
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team/consultants to develop the marketing budget and strategy for individual projects.
- Oversee preparation of all marketing collateral and communications to ensure representation accuracy.
- Formulate medium density master plan and typology designs ensuring best design, yield maximisation and appropriate development costs.\
- Manage the processes necessary to successfully achieve all required statutory planning approvals.
- Selection, engagement and coordination of all Engineers, Town Planners and other consultants, where required.
- Oversee built form design via an external architect and external builders to ensure market acceptance and a high-quality finished product.
- Develop and deliver conceptual subdivision design and typology master-planning of medium density precincts for future stages.
- Ensure dwellings are in accordance with housing design guidelines and covenants.
- Manage the scheduling of dwelling production efficiently.
- Run the tendering and partnering process with builders including preparation of partnership deeds, tender packages and detailed review of tender proposals.

**You will need**
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related field
- Strong financial acumen and well-versed in the use of feasibility software and project cashflows
- Enthusiastic team player who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty across the full project lifecycle
- Autonomous, fast-paced individual who is comfortable working under pressure and within a small team
- Outstanding stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills
